Unit Business Privacy Lead - Mumbai - BPO7
- Good understanding of privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, Draft India Data Protection Bill and privacy frameworks
- Strong understanding of iQMS procedures and requirements for privacy.
- Review iQMS procedures for privacy and suggest improvements and incorporate latest updates.
- Experience in performing privacy assessments such as preliminary, impact, PiPR, SOP/PRD
- Ensure in meeting monthly compliance in completing assessments, Risks and mandatory privacy WBTs.
- Drive effective No Surprise framework to ensure no audit findings by performing audits and help delivery in facing external privacy audits (Client/audit firms/Other..).
- Privacy Non-compliance to be brought to minimum and follow up on timely closures.
- Lead Privacy champions in addressing their day-to-day queries on Privacy.
- Have weekly connects with the team to review the compliance and keep them updated on latest privacy updates.
- Experience in performing tool / App reviews with Technology team and suggest solutions and systems enhancements to mitigate privacy risks.
- Conduct Privacy champions trainings, E1 trainings for EO/DP/Transition Managers
- Handling privacy incidents and coordinate with geo DPOs until the ticket closure
