Principal Tasks &Responsibilities 1. Manpower Planning –Budget • Ensure updation on regular basis in Deployment file as per changes suggested in manpower division wise. • Ensure updation of division wise organogram on weekly basis and circulate with accurate numbers and mapping of FO, ABM, SM & NSM. • Coordinate with Division MIS for any changes in manpower, changes w.r.t HQ (Close, Open of new HQ) and ensuring the updation of same in Deployment and DigiCad. • Coordinate with HRPO to make necessary changes in Digicad (Employee Master & Position Master). 2. End to End Life Cycle Management • To monitor all the processes from job ID, offer release, FLP attendance, documentation, Emp code generation & phyzii login creation and ensure it happens smoothly in coordination with TA, HRSS & HRPO. • To ensure probation closures in coordination with HRPO for probation confirmation & probation extension and ensure closure of same in DigiCad (All level approval). Share list of confirmed employees to HRSS team for letter generation and leave updation in Phyzii • Coordinate with Vertical Head & HOD for internal promotion and transfer cases. • Maintain MIS on regular basis. 3. Conducting Interviews • Conduct FO/ABM level interviews & submit evaluation in Phenom on time and maintain candidate tracker 4. Salary issues resolution • Discuss & address about No salary / deduction issues with employee & get solutions in coordination with Pay roll. Communicate with field personnel about the same. • Take support of Vertical HR Head wherever needed, who will share the salary file by 30th of the month. 5. Employee Master Updation • Ensure regular updation of master deployment w.r.t Matrix changes, Promotion & Transfer for respective vertical in Digicad with support from HRPO. • Make necessary changes if needed with help from Digicad backend team. 6. Coordination with TA team • Daily connect with TA Team for regular update on vacancy status. Taking count of offers released, in process & total vacancy count. • Coordinate with divisional SMs wherever needed to get clarity on candidates, offer status & vacancy updates. 7. Day-to-day query • Address day-to-day queries from field force with support from HRPO, HRSS, HRBP, Payroll & SFE.
