Job Summary
The Operations Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's transport
operations, ensuring timely vehicle deployment, efficient driver management, smooth client
coordination, and high service quality. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and
coordination skills to ensure seamless execution of transportation services.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Fleet Operations
Ensure timely deployment of vehicles as per client requirements.
Monitor vehicle availability and utilization.
Coordinate vehicle replacements during breakdowns or emergencies.
Maintain daily vehicle movement and trip records.
Ensure all vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and compliant with company standards.
2. Driver Management
Allocate duties and shifts to drivers.
Monitor driver attendance, punctuality, and performance.
Ensure drivers possess valid Driving Licence, Aadhaar Card, Badge, Police Verification, and
other mandatory documents.
Conduct driver briefings regarding company policies, customer service, and safety.
Handle driver grievances and operational issues.
3. Client Coordination
Coordinate with corporate and government clients regarding vehicle requirements.
Ensure timely response to client requests and complaints.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing uninterrupted transport services.
Share trip updates whenever required.
4. Trip Monitoring
Track ongoing trips using GPS.
Ensure timely pickup and drop of passengers.
Coordinate with drivers until successful completion of trips.
5. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain records of vehicle documents, permits, insurance, fitness certificates, pollution
certificates, and road taxes.
Ensure timely renewal of all statutory documents.
Maintain driver documentation and compliance records.
Assist in audits and compliance inspections.
6. Vendor & Service Coordination
Coordinate with garages, workshops, tyre vendors, and service providers.
Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs.
Monitor maintenance expenses and minimize vehicle downtime.
7. Billing & MIS Support
Verify trip sheets and duty slips.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department for billing and invoice preparation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Maintain operational MIS and performance data.
8. Emergency Handling
Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and emergency situations.
Arrange replacement vehicles without affecting customer service.
Coordinate with insurance agencies, workshops, and local authorities whenever required.
9. Quality & Safety
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and client-specific guidelines.
Promote safe driving practices.
Monitor vehicle hygiene, driver grooming, and professional conduct.
Ensure compliance with all applicable transport regulations.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Diploma or Certification in Logistics/Transport Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
1–5 years of experience in fleet management, transport operations, taxi services, logistics, or
travel management.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and fleet management software.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Authority
The Operations Executive is authorized to coordinate with drivers, clients, vendors, workshops, and
internal departments to ensure uninterrupted transport operations, subject to company policies and
management approval wherever applicable.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
