About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the luxury perfume, fragrances, and aroma oil industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present products, understand customer requirements, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and payments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent client relationship management abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Experience in perfumes, fragrances, cosmetics, aroma oils, FMCG, beauty, luxury retail, or lifestyle products will be preferred.
