We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. The HR Administrator will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, coordinating HR processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee information.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Generate HR reports and maintain confidential personnel files.
Pay: ₹10,850.36 - ₹25,141.10 per month
