Position Overview
We are looking for dynamic Web Developers – Digital Marketing Executives who can seamlessly integrate web technology, digital strategy, and modern AI-driven tools to drive strong online visibility, community engagement, and qualified lead generation.
This role suits professionals who are technically sound, creatively driven, and commercially aware.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain corporate and product websites
- Hands-on development using JAVA, JSP, PHP, and related web technologies
- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and user engagement
- Deploy digital marketing strategies for deep penetration into target communities
- Execute lead generation campaigns across digital platforms
- Create professional presentations and marketing assets using PowerPoint, Canva, and AI tools with Video Generation
- Leverage AI-powered digital tools for content creation, analytics, automation, and campaign optimization
- Collaborate closely with management, engineering, and sales teams to support business objectives
Required Competencies
- Strong expertise in Web Designing & Development
- Working knowledge of JAVA, JSP, PHP
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, lead generation platforms, and analytics
- Practical exposure to AI tools for marketing, content, and productivity
- Skilled in PowerPoint, Canva, and digital creatives
- Ability to penetrate niche technical and industrial communities through digital channels
- Self-driven, structured, and result-oriented mindset
