As a Registration Executive, you will oversee the complete vehicle registration process, ensuring effective collaboration with RTO authorities and providing a smooth experience for our esteemed customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire RTO registration process for new vehicles
- Verify and process all necessary customer and vehicle documentation
- Liaise with RTO officials and agents to secure timely approvals
- Monitor registration status and keep customers informed regularly
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Accounts, and Delivery teams
- Ensure adherence to legal and company standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 0–3 years of experience in vehicle registration or RTO management
- Experience in an automobile dealership is preferred
- Strong understanding of RTO procedures and documentation
Skills Required
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Effective communication and coordination abilities
- Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, systems management)
