Job Description
We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and other site teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain daily progress reports.
- Ensure proper quality and safety standards at the site.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues.
- Coordinate material requirements and support project execution.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Candidates with good knowledge of site execution and construction activities are preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites is mandatory.
- Local candidates from Manamadurai and nearby areas are preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently at the project site.
