Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team at a reputed real estate development company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering with hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from planning to execution.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with design, safety standards, and quality control.
- Prepare BOQs, project schedules, and cost estimates.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and manage resource allocation efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and liaise with local authorities as needed.
- Review and approve drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in real estate or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
