Job Summary: - VBSB and Associates is looking for MBA graduates, preferably with a taxation background, to join our team as consultants. The candidate will be responsible for supporting accounting operations, maintaining financial records, taxation advisement, and business consultancy.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Maintain book of accounts and financial records accurately.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Support tax planning, tax advisory, and assessment-related assignments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparation and filing of various returns and compliance reports.
- Work closely with senior professionals on taxation and auditory engagement.
- Flexible in working under US timings.
Skills Required: -
- Knowledge of SAP, Tally, or other ERP software will be preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must be comfortable with VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables).
- Basic concepts of income tax, GST, and other allied laws.
- Strong analytical and good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and time management activities.
Eligibility Criteria: -
MBA with a mandatory min. exp. of 1 year in accounting or allied activities of finance.
Compensation & Benefits: -
CTC: Up to ₹ 3.20 LPA.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹325,000.00 per year
