As part of our launch team, we are looking for passionate professionals with proven experience in the premium motorcycle industry who understand premium retail, customer relationship management, motorcycle enthusiast culture, and performance-driven sales environments.
Position Overview
Motocraft Automotive LLP is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead the dealership’s sales operations during its launch and growth phase. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the premium motorcycle industry and will be responsible for driving motorcycle sales, managing customer relationships, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring a premium customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual motorcycle sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Deliver exceptional premium retail experiences for customers.
- Oversee showroom operations and dealership standards.
- Support marketing campaigns, launch events, and riding community engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience within the premium motorcycle industry is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Deep understanding of premium motorcycle customers and rider communities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in sales within the premium motorcycle industry.
- Mandatory experience with premium motorcycle brands, dealerships, or luxury motorcycle retail environments.
- Proven experience managing sales teams and achieving business targets.
