Job Summary
We are looking for a highly proactive, organized, and confident HR Generalist (Fresher) to take full ownership of our Human Resources department. In this role, you won't just support a team—you will manage the entire employee lifecycle end-to-end.
This position is ideal for an ambitious, self-driven fresher who wants to bypass the corporate ladder and fast-track their career by managing recruitment, operations, compliance, and culture single-handedly.
Key Responsibilities (End-to-End HR Operations)1. Talent Acquisition (End-to-End Recruitment)
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions across all departments.
- Manage job board postings (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and coordinate candidate communications.
- Draft offer letters, negotiate terms, and manage the pre-boarding process.
2. Core HR Operations & Compliance
- Own the entire onboarding process (documentation, tech setup requests, orientation).
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date physical and digital employee records.
- Track daily attendance, leaves, and time-off requests.
- Ensure basic compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
3. Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Collate and verify monthly attendance and payroll data (incentives, deductions, unpaid leaves).
- Work closely with finance/accounting to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Manage and answer basic queries regarding employee benefits and insurance.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Act as the primary point of contact for all employee grievances, questions, and conflicts.
- Design and execute employee engagement activities, team outings, and festival celebrations.
- Drive internal communication regarding company updates and policy changes.
5. Offboarding / Off-boarding
- Manage exit interviews, collect company assets, and complete full and final (F&F) settlements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent degree.
- Confidence & Ownership: High emotional intelligence and the maturity to handle sensitive employee issues independently.
- Execution Skills: A "get things done" attitude—you don't wait to be told what to do; you figure things out.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle high-level hiring and internal disputes.
- Data Handling: Comfort with MS Excel/Google Sheets (for data tracking and payroll inputs).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
