Job Description
Radhakrishna Jewellers is looking for an experienced and energetic Floor Manager to manage showroom operations and lead the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom floor operations.
- Supervise, guide and motivate the sales team.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
- Maintain proper jewellery display and showroom discipline.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales and stock.
- Ensure staff grooming and professional standards.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in jewellery retail/showroom management preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Jewellery industry experience will be an advantage.
