Job Summary:
The Real Estate Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring construction work is completed according to approved plans, maintaining quality standards, monitoring safety compliance, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, engineers, and the project management team to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
* Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed as per schedule.
* Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
* Inspect the quality of construction work and ensure compliance with company standards.
* Maintain site safety and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
* Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to management.
* Monitor labor attendance, productivity, and resource utilization.
* Identify site issues and coordinate timely resolution.
* Verify material delivery, usage, and stock availability.
* Conduct regular site inspections and maintain proper documentation.
* Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping at the construction site.
* Support handover activities and snag list closure before project completion.
