Job Summary:
The Restaurant Hostess is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for guests by greeting them, managing seating arrangements, coordinating with the service team, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow and timely table allocation.
- Address guest inquiries and provide basic information about the menu, promotions, and outlet services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception and waiting area.
- Ensure every guest receives a positive first and last impression of the outlet.
Requirements:
- Candidates only with good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a well-groomed appearance.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guests professionally.
- Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, or customer service is preferred.
