The Sales & Operations Executive will be responsible for promoting foreign exchange products, handling day-to-day forex transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering excellent customer service in accordance with RBI, FEMA, AML/CFT, and company guidelines.
- Promote and sell foreign exchange products including currency notes, travel cards, and outward remittance services (where applicable).
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, educational consultants, corporates, and walk-in customers.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with KYC, FEMA, and RBI regulations.
- Handle foreign currency inventory, cash balancing, and vault management as per company procedures.
- Maintain transaction records and statutory registers.
- Coordinate with branch operations and reporting teams for timely submission of regulatory reports.
Experience
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in the Forex industry.
- Experience in handling foreign currency transactions and customer documentation.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
