- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align software design with business objectives and technical standards.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance application performance and scalability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules to meet diverse business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data migration, system upgrades, and troubleshooting within SAP environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our AMDC1A - NON-STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
