We are looking for a responsible and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, coordinate workers and contractors, and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, engineers, and other site personnel.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor the quality of construction work and ensure compliance with standards.
- Ensure proper use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Track daily work progress and report updates to management.
- Allocate tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures at the construction site.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and delays.
- Maintain daily site records, attendance, material usage, and progress reports.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper housekeeping.
- Assist engineers and project managers in achieving project targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in construction/site supervision.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Strong communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Willingness to work at construction sites and manage site operations.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
