Aesthetic Centre Head – Job Description Position: Aesthetic Centre Head Industry: Aesthetic / Dermatology / Cosmetology Experience: 2- 3 years in clinic/hospital management, preferably in aesthetics or dermatology Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the aesthetic centre. Lead and supervise doctors, therapists, counsellors, front-office and support staff. Ensure smooth patient flow and excellent patient experience. Handle centre targets, revenue, sales and operational KPIs. Drive consultations, treatment conversions and repeat visits. Monitor staff performance, attendance and productivity. Coordinate with doctors regarding treatment plans and patient requirements. Handle patient feedback, complaints and escalations professionally. Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs, hygiene and safety standards. Manage inventory, equipment and vendor coordination. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational and revenue reports. Support marketing activities, promotions and local business development. Required Skills: Strong team-management and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of aesthetic/dermatology treatments. Sales and target-oriented approach. Good problem-solving and decision-making ability. Proficiency in MS Office/clinic management software.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per day
