We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who can effectively communicate with patients, manage inquiries, and support our business's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally.
- Respond to patient inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the clinic management system.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Educate patients about clinic services, treatment plans, and wellness programs.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient experiences.
- Address patient concerns and resolve complaints promptly.
- Process payments and provide billing information when required.
- Maintain high patient satisfaction and retention rates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree {like B.Pharma, D.Pharma, B.H.M.S., B.A.M.S., B.D.S.,etc.}or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software, WhatsApp Business).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, or customer service is preferred.
