Job Summary
VC Green Energy Private Limited is looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage material handling, inventory control, and store operations for Solar EPC projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in maintaining stock records and coordinating material movement at project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations at project locations.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials as per requirements.
- Maintain inventory records, stock registers, and material tracking reports.
- Issue materials to site teams based on approved requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely material availability.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of materials.
- Maintain inward and outward material documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, project, and site teams.
- Support periodic stock verification and audits.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in store management / site store operations.
- Experience in Solar EPC, construction, or electrical projects will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of:
- Inventory management
- Material receipt & issue process
- Stock documentation
- Excel and reporting
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project locations as required.
