Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Analyst who can work closely with prospects, sales teams, and technical stakeholders to understand business requirements, design appropriate solutions, and prepare winning proposals. The ideal candidate should possess strong business analysis, solution consulting, proposal writing, and client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in client discovery calls, requirement gathering sessions, and workshops.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solution approaches.
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, SOWs, estimates, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Collaborate with architects, delivery managers, and technical teams to define project scope and effort estimates.
- Recommend appropriate technologies, architectures, engagement models, and implementation approaches.
- Create solution documents, process flows, wireframes, user stories, and requirement specifications when required.
- Support sales teams during client presentations, proposal discussions, and solution demonstrations.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and technology assessments.
- Maintain proposal repositories, reusable assets, and best practices documentation.
- Work on opportunities involving custom software development, mobile applications, cloud solutions, AI/ML, data analytics, and enterprise applications.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Analysis, Solution Consulting, or IT Consulting.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent proposal writing and documentation skills.
- Experience in effort estimation and project scoping.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
- Knowledge of web, mobile, cloud, AI, and enterprise technologies.
- Experience handling RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and proposal management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA, B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with global clients across the US, Europe, Middle East, or APAC regions.
- Exposure to software development services and staff augmentation business models.
- Understanding of AI, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern application architectures.
