- Greet and assist walk-in clients, investors, brokers, and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to projects and office operations.
- Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and meeting room coordination.
- Coordinate with sales and CRM teams for client meetings and site visit scheduling.
- Manage front desk operations, courier handling, and office correspondence.
- Maintain customer databases and update records in CRM/software systems.
- Support administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Ensure reception and lobby areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist management with reports, MIS preparation, and basic office coordination.
- Handle client complaints or queries politely and escalate when required.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
