Junior Accountant – Home Blend Coffee Roasters
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our specialty coffee company, Home Blend Coffee Roasters. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage day-to-day accounting and customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders and understand their requirements.
- Prepare and issue quotes & invoices on Zoho Books.
- Handle inventory accounting by creating assemblies for the production team.
- Coordinate dispatches via porter, courier, and transport, including generating e-way bills and tracking deliveries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and match transactions.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and manage account recovery.
- Support other accounting and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Zoho Books (preferred, not mandatory).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate between teams and customers efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
