What You’ll Be Doing:
- This role involves 80% Recruitment and 20% Operations (Recruitment-related activities)
- Handle in-house hiring (not client-based recruitment) for technical and non-technical roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts
- Support operations related to recruitment such as onboarding coordination, offer
generation, and documentation
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics
- Support employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (IT preferred) (Freshers Welcome)
- Basic understanding of technical roles such as MERN Stack, React, Node.js, Java, Python,
DevOps, UI/UX
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals for sourcing candidates
- Basic knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
