Supervise daily weaving production and ensure production targets are achieved.

Monitor loom performance, efficiency, and machine stoppages.

Handle weaving operators and allocate manpower according to production requirements.

Ensure fabric quality and minimize weaving defects.
-
Coordinate with Maintenance, Sizing, Warping, and Quality teams.
-
Monitor warp and weft requirements and ensure smooth production flow.
-
Identify and resolve loom-related production issues.
-
Maintain production, quality, and shift reports.
-
Ensure proper housekeeping, 5S, and workplace safety.
-
Train and guide operators on proper machine operation and quality standards.
-
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Textile Technology
-
0–5 years of experience in weaving production
-
Experience in Air-jet / Rapier Looms
-
Strong knowledge of loom operations & troubleshooting
-
Knowledge of warp, weft & fabric construction
-
Production target & efficiency monitoring
-
Manpower handling & shift management
-
Fabric quality inspection & defect control
-
Basic MS Excel & production reporting
-
Good communication & team leadership skills
-
Knowledge of 5S & workplace safety

• Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in textile processing (preferred)
