Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC and VMC machines to perform machining operations such as drilling, milling, and tapping
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining processes
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of parts
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Measure and inspect finished products using precision instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.)
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Record production data and report any deviations or defects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
- 1–5 years of experience operating CNC/VMC machines
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming (basic understanding preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality control standards
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of tooling and cutting parameters
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Fanuc / Siemens / Haas controls
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software
- Experience in job work or mass production environments
Working Conditions:
- Shop floor / manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand for long hours and handle machinery
- Willingness to work in shifts if required

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
