We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Tour Coordinator to manage travel arrangements, coordinate tour operations, assist customers, and ensure a smooth travel experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to handle multiple travel bookings and tour schedules efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesTour Planning & Coordination
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international tour packages.
- Arrange transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, and other travel services.
- Prepare detailed itineraries for clients.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and local vendors.
Customer Service
- Assist customers with tour inquiries and bookings.
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and tour schedules.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve travel-related issues promptly.
- Maintain regular communication with travelers before, during, and after tours.
Booking & Documentation
- Process tour reservations and travel bookings.
- Prepare travel documents, vouchers, invoices, and confirmation letters.
- Ensure all bookings are updated in the system.
- Maintain records of customer details and travel arrangements.
Vendor Management
- Negotiate rates and coordinate services with travel suppliers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, transport operators, and tour guides.
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
Administrative Tasks
- Prepare tour reports and maintain operational records.
- Coordinate payment collection and booking confirmations.
- Assist in promotional activities and tour package development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in travel, tourism, or tour coordination.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of visa processing and travel documentation.
- Ability to communicate in English and Hindi.
Pay: ₹45,567.68 - ₹52,502.65 per month
