Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can handle customer queries professionally, provide timely assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and good hands-on knowledge of using a laptop/computer.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries through calls, messages, emails, or other communication channels.
* Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
* Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.
* Follow up with customers and ensure their issues are resolved within the required timeframe.
* Record customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions accurately.
* Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.
* Maintain proper records and update customer information in the system.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Perform other customer-support-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
* 1+ year of experience in customer support, customer service, telecalling, or a related role.
* Good English communication skills — both verbal and written.
* Good knowledge and hands-on experience using a laptop/computer.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, internet browsing, and common computer applications.
* Good listening and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
* Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
* Candidates should be comfortable working from the Sun Pharma Road, Vadodara location.

Minimum Education: 12th Pass
Experience: 1+ Years
