We are looking for a skilled Architect to prepare architectural designs, layouts, and drawings for PEB and industrial building projects. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, developing building concepts, preparing drawings, and coordinating with structural, electrical, and project teams.
- Prepare architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and details for PEB projects.
- Understand client requirements, project specifications, and site conditions.
- Develop architectural concepts and building layouts according to project requirements.
- Prepare GA drawings and architectural working drawings.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with Structural, PEB, Electrical, HVAC, and MEP teams.
- Review and modify drawings based on client/consultant comments.
- Ensure proper coordination between architectural and structural requirements.
- Prepare drawings for industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, offices, and commercial buildings.
- Check dimensions, levels, openings, doors, windows, staircases, and other architectural details.
- Assist in preparation of BOQ and material specifications wherever required.
- Visit project sites when required and coordinate with the site team.
- Resolve architectural and drawing-related issues during project execution.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Maintain proper documentation and revision control of drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 2–6 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in PEB / Industrial / Commercial Projects.
- Good knowledge of architectural planning and building design.
- Experience in preparing detailed architectural drawings.
Software Skills
- AutoCAD – Mandatory.
- Revit / SketchUp – Preferred.
- MS Office.
- Knowledge of other architectural design software will be an added advantage.
Required Skills

Experience
Experience: 2–6 years in PEB / Industrial / Commercial Architecture preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
