Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and responsible Office Administrator to support daily office operations and coordination activities. The role involves handling documentation, customer coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining records related to sales and office administration.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office administration activities
- Maintain customer, supplier, and enquiry records
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and related documents
- Coordinate with customers and vendors through calls and emails
- Maintain Excel sheets and office documentation
- Support sales follow-ups and appointment scheduling
- Assist in handling basic purchase and office coordination activities
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized and responsible approach towards work
- Prior office/admin experience is preferred
- Freshers with good computer knowledge can also apply
