About Position:
We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM Specialist to join our dynamic team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday HCM business processes and integrations. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our Human Capital Management operations.

What You'll Do:

Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM business processes, organizational structures, security roles, and workforce management functionalities.

Support Workday modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management.

Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data extracts to meet business and compliance requirements.

Manage and support integrations between Workday, ADP, benefits providers, identity management platforms, and other enterprise applications.

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements.

Troubleshoot and resolve Workday functional and integration-related issues in a timely manner.

Perform data validation, testing, and quality assurance activities for system enhancements, upgrades, and releases.

Support Workday security administration, user access management, and compliance requirements.

Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency, automation, and user experience.

Participate in Workday release management activities, evaluating new features and recommending adoption where appropriate.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Expertise You'll Bring:

5 to 8 years of experience working with Workday HCM implementations, support, and enhancements.

Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM configuration and business process management.

Hands-on experience with Payroll and Benefits administration within Workday environments.

Experience developing Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and custom data extracts.

Strong knowledge of Workday security, organizational structures, and workforce administration.

Experience managing and troubleshooting Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Web Services.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.

Knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll processing, and benefits programs.

Experience supporting Workday releases, testing cycles, system upgrades, and production deployments.

Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and data analysis capabilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across HR, Payroll, and IT teams.

Workday certifications in HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Integrations will be an added advantage.
