Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer (Site Engineer) to join our construction team. The role involves supervising and managing government construction projects at various project sites across Uttar Pradesh.
The ideal candidate should be willing to travel and work at different project locations, ensuring that work is executed according to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
* Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and government standards.
* Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timelines.
* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government officials.
* Maintain site records, measurement books, progress reports, and other project documentation.
* Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and quality regulations.
Eligibility
* B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
* Candidates with a Diploma in Civil Engineering in addition to a B.Tech will be preferred.
* Minimum 3–4 years of relevant site experience in civil construction is preferred.
* Candidates with less experience may also apply and will be considered based on their performance in the interview.
* Experience in government construction projects will be an added advantage.
* Willingness to travel and stay at project sites across Uttar Pradesh is essential.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and site execution.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and project documentation.
Salary
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
