Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Procurement Executive for our interior fit-out company. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior materials, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage procurement activities efficiently. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure interior fit-out materials, including aluminium, wood, hardware, laminates, plywood, veneers, glass, and other related materials.
- Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
- Compare quotations and prepare purchase orders.
- Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain procurement records.
- Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of materials.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
- Experience in procurement for interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, including aluminium, wood, plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware, and related products.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
