Position: Business Analyst
Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
- Collaborate with Virtual CFOs, finance teams, and clients to understand business requirements.
- Develop actionable insights and present them to stakeholders.
- Standardize and automate reporting processes using Excel and Power BI.
Required Skills:
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, MIS, or Data Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Good understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and business metrics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with SQL is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in consulting, financial services, or working with startups/SMEs is preferred.
