Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and deduplication activities.
- Prepare reports and maintain trackers using Google Sheets.
- Upload and manage lead databases for calling campaigns.
- Configure and launch calling campaigns on Exotel and Knowlarity.
- Monitor campaign performance and maintain operational records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams for data requirements.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency.
