- Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Indian labour laws.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
4. Enhance Employee Engagement:
- Design and implement innovative engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations, grievance handling and conflict resolution.
5. Optimize HR Operations:
- Manage payroll, benefits, and HR operations with precision and compliance.
- Leverage HR technologies (e.g., ATS, HRMS) to streamline processes.
6. Champion Performance & Development:
- Develop performance management systems and talent development programs to nurture employee growth.
