Job Description – Telecaller
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain the company's services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
- Handle customer queries politely and efficiently.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.
