Regional Manager, Sales
Locations: Delhi & Pune

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager,
Sales to lead sales across the Delhi and Pune regions. The candidate
will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing
sales teams, expanding school partnerships, and achieving regional
business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue
and growth targets.
Identify and acquire new school partnerships across the assigned
territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals,
management teams, trustees, and key decision-makers.
Drive adoption of the Computer Curriculum and associated
educational solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives and
Business Development Managers.
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement
of KPIs.
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
Foster a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture.
Market Expansion & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer
requirements.
Identify new business opportunities and expansion strategies.
Develop regional sales forecasts and business plans.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to strengthen
market presence.
Client Relationship Management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Build long-term partnerships with schools and educational
institutions.
Handle key client negotiations and contract discussions.
Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives within existing
accounts.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
Provide actionable insights to senior management for business
growth.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or
a related field.
MBA preferred.
5–8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in EdTech,
Education, Publishing, Curriculum Sales, or B2B Sales.
Minimum 2–3 years of team management experience.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong network within the school education ecosystem is an added
advantage.
