1) Domain experience (Loyalty Management) Experience in Cards Minimum 3–5+ years hands?on experience managing loyalty programs. Demonstrated ownership of the end?to?end lifecycle: accrual, redemption, expiry/forfeiture, earn/burn controls, partner onboarding 2) Product & process knowledge Comfort with product development lifecycle: BRD/FSD creation, UAT planning/execution, release readiness, risk & control checkpoints, and post?production monitoring. Clarity on operational workflows: campaign execution, reconciliation, exception handling, and customer communication journeys. 3) Systems & tooling exposure Working knowledge of Loyalty Management Systems (LMS) / admin portals, rule configuration, promo code management, campaign/offer engines, and MIS/reporting. Familiarity with integrations (files/APIs), data validations, and audit/compliance guardrails. Having good knowledge of Payment Gateway & Digital payments systems – BBPS , UPI, Payment Gateway , POS, Merchant settlement, Payment Systems- file processing
