Your impact
As an ELV & ICT Design Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering integrated technology and security solutions for complex building projects. You'll work across ICT, telecommunications, security, life safety, and building management systems, helping clients create safer, smarter, and more connected environments.
In this role, you'll contribute to the design and engineering of systems including Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, Public Address & Voice Alarm Systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), Security Systems, ICT networks, structured cabling infrastructure, and telecommunications networks. Your work will directly influence how buildings are operated, secured, and maintained throughout their lifecycle.
You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, supporting the development of system architectures, technical specifications, BIM models, tender documentation, and design deliverables. This is an opportunity to apply your technical expertise across a broad range of ELV and ICT systems while expanding your experience in integrated building technologies, international design standards, and digital design platforms.
Here's what you'll need
10+ years of experience in ELV & ICT Design.
Demonstrated ability to design and engineer ELV, ICT, telecommunications, security, and life safety systems for building projects.
Proven capability in designing Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, Public Address & Voice Alarm Systems, Early Warning & Smoke Detection Systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Ability to design security solutions including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and perimeter security systems.
Experience developing ICT and telecommunications network architectures, including structured cabling, campus backbone infrastructure, IP telephony, wireless networks, and intercom systems.
Proficiency in developing ELV and ICT network architectures, including the selection of switches, routers, firewalls, and related network equipment.
Ability to perform design calculations and develop cable containment and conduit routing solutions.
Working knowledge of relevant Indian and international design codes and standards such as NFPA, IS, NBC, BS, IEEE, BICSI, and TIA.
Experience preparing design documentation including technical specifications, datasheets, material requisitions, BOQs, and tender documentation, and reviewing contractor and vendor submissions.
Working knowledge of BIM and design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and Revizto.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines and evaluate design changes and non-conformances.
