Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell VI (Vodafone Idea) SIM cards and telecom services. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, activating SIM cards, achieving daily and monthly sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell VI (Vodafone Idea) prepaid and postpaid SIM cards.
- Generate new customer leads through field visits, market visits, and direct sales activities.
- Explain VI plans, recharge offers, and telecom services to customers.
- Complete SIM activation and KYC documentation as per company guidelines.
- Visit retail shops, businesses, residential areas, and other assigned locations to generate sales.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers.
- Ensure timely submission of sales reports and daily activity updates.
- Follow company policies and telecom compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with the reporting manager regarding sales performance and market feedback.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and telecom services.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Basic knowledge of using mobile applications and WhatsApp.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (Preferred)
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecom, FMCG, banking, or direct sales will be an added advantage.
