We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching, training, and employee development, with a focus on empowering individuals to reach their full potential within the organization. This role involves mentoring and guiding professionals to achieve their business goals through effective coaching strategies and training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
- Schedule appropriate training sessions.
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
- Supervise training budgets.
- Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
- Train and guide new employees.
- Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
Requirements :
- 0–2 years of experience in Training or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field.
- Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
