Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B Head with a robust background in stock market sales and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding our B2B business by identifying and establishing relationships with Wealth Managers, High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), and Family Offices. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the stock market and a proven track record in B2B sales. Prior experience in a share broking firm is essential.

- Acquisition of potential new Sub-broker/Franchise/channel partners.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales and service strategy to drive growth.
- Responsible for generating revenue from sub-brokers/Franchise/channel partners.
- Providing services to new Sub-broker/Franchise/channel partners.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
- Maintaining channel partner relationship of assigned territory.
- Organizing events and programs on a regular basis to increase client acquisition amongst partners.
- Conducting training sessions and seminars for newly acquired sub brokers at branch level.
- Developing, implementing and maintaining a business plan for all the Business Partners.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to seize opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields. ACFA or CFP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the stock market or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of the stock market and financial products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
