Job Description: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Job Summary: The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers. The role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring timely issue resolution, and identifying opportunities for business growth through customer engagement and retention strategies.
Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Customer Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Build trust and ensure a positive customer experience at all touchpoint
2. Customer Support & Issue Resolution Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of issues Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
3. Customer Engagement & Retention Regularly follow up with customers to maintain engagement Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive actions Implement retention strategies to reduce churn
4. Sales & Business Development Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Promote company products/services to existing customers Support sales team in achieving revenue targets
5. CRM System Management Maintain accurate customer data in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) Track customer interactions, feedback, and service history Generate reports and insights from CRM datas
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
