Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in real estate marketing, brand management, digital campaigns, lead generation, and channel marketing. The role requires close collaboration with sales, digital agencies, and leadership to drive project visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and social media platforms.
- Drive qualified lead generation initiatives to support sales targets.
- Manage project launches, promotional campaigns, events, exhibitions, and property showcases.
- Coordinate with creative, digital marketing, media buying, PR, and advertising agencies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI.
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior studies to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Oversee website content, CRM campaigns, and online lead management.
- Prepare marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for management.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team while ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) are an added advantage.
