Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our FMCG sales team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and other potential customers to generate sales, build strong relationships, and increase market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail and wholesale outlets daily.
- Promote and sell FMCG products to new and existing customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Take orders and ensure timely delivery coordination.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Increase product visibility and availability in the market.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of payments when required.
- Submit daily sales reports and route plans.
