Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Executive to manage various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and contribute to creating a positive work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Selection
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Manage employee exit procedures and full & final settlements.
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain records.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and employee punctuality.
- Maintain leave records and attendance reports.
- Track weekly offs, holidays, and paid leaves.
Payroll Support
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
- Verify attendance, leave deductions, and salary inputs.
- Maintain salary records and employee compensation data.
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and concerns.
- Promote employee engagement activities.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support implementation of HR policies including POSH, maternity benefits, and leave policies.
Performance Management
- Coordinate probation reviews and employee appraisals.
- Maintain performance evaluation records.
- Assist management in employee development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
