JD FOR Customer Service Executive / Sr. Executive – Freight Forwarding
Location : Mahipalpur Delhi
Working days : 6 Days
Roles & Responsibilities :
Minimum Experience: 4 years in Customer Service within a Freight Forwarding company.
Industry Background: Only candidates from the Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry will be considered. Courier industry experience will not be considered.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of import/export operations and freight forwarding processes.
Candidate should preferably reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the office.( FOR CS )
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
