We are looking for an experienced Engineering manager to lead our manufacturing company's engineering Team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing plant wide production process, automation projects and new projects.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manufacturing Process: Oversees manufacturing engineering process (DFA/DFM, tooling, assembly, and automated testing) to meet production volume targets.
- Compliances: Enforces strict compliance with ISO Standard (ISO 9100, AS 9100 D) and local environmental/ safety regulations.
- Collaboration: Collaboration with R&D/ Product design teams during new product introduction phase to ensure manufacturability of process.
- Identify strategic opportunities and risks in emerging technologies: Develop plans that keep our products engineering practices ahead of the curve
- Initiating continuous improvement in ensuring minimal operator fatigue through use of new tool & Machinery in production line.
Essential Skill Set:
- Understanding of design and documents process.
- Leadership quality to motivate team.
- A strong technical leader with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of quality standard e.g. ISO9100, S 9100 D etc.
Experiences Required: 4-5 yrs
Salary Range: 40k-50k
